To further promote the mutual recognition of engineering qualifications across the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area and support the development of engineering and technology professionals, the 2026 Second Session of the Professional Competency Assessment for Electronic Information Engineering Personnel is now open for applications. The assessment covers five levels, from Graduate Engineer to Chief Senior Engineer, and is jointly conducted by the Guangdong Institute of Electronics and CIE Hong Kong. Eligible professionals and students are invited to apply before 30 November 2026.
